We have used Splash (Andrew) for years & love it. However the imability to talk to a human being is limiting. I made over 10 phone calls, several text... messages & attempts thru the web site to 1. confirm services, revise services, cancel services & reschedule services & get NO responses to 4 different phone numbers. Terribly poor customer service.

Splash Window Cleaning and Gutter Cleaning is a first class service. Andrew has been taking care of our gutters and windows for the last six or seven ...years. He is always on time, does a great job, cleans up and explains the details of what he has done. He is an absolute professional. In contrast, Booksy is totally unreliable as a booking service. They fail to respond to requests in a timely manner, send incorrect notices of upcoming appointments and when they do communicate it is done in a totally unprofessional manner. Splash and Andrew are exceptional; Booksy is terrible.
