Booked for a fill my appointment time was pushed backed twice then canceled and we rescheduled for a week later. I understand life happens. Morning of... my 2nd attempt appointment after sending photo of my lashes im told I need a full set now and would need to reschedule again. I then chose to have the lashes removed and keep my time and the time was pushed back again. Then when on my way my appointment canceled again. Then im told im unable to get my deposit back deposit back when I cant even get in to have an appointment. I understand policies are for clients to be held accountable but also you as the technician should take accountability and refund someones money when you clearly wasted their time. Not respond to someone whose been very understanding with "business is business". Show more

I apologize you had this experience with my company. As you know all of the real details that actually happened. As for the service if I am providing a full set of work you would be required to pay for the full set I provide as any other company. It states in all of my policies deposits are non refundable but do transfer to the following appointment. Thank you for supporting my business!
