I walk in 5 minutes before my appointment. I had it at 1pm, my first time coming in. I heard my name and I said that's me. I was confused on what was ...happening because there was no communication going on so I sat down. 1:15 still sitting and waiting, I got a little irritated to the point I was going to walk out but my concern was the 15 buck fee from this app. So I waited a little long until I decided to who do I talk to about an appointment I had so they explained they were short staffed which I get it but I had no clue who was going to cut my hair since in the app I chose anyone and a couple of barbers were free from customers. Past 1:30pm I got my hair cut and breard done, the guy did a great job. Overall, my experience was irritating for the lack of communication, and getting in past 30 minutes give or take after having an appointment at 1. Show more
