Run as far as you can! Don’t come here - highly inexperienced! Unprofessional. Will not return - first & last time. The haircut was not what was asked... for - therefore, a poor one. For customers, just because a business has “4” stars doesn’t mean it is one. Read reviews thoroughly. *Note his response - that’s the kind of unprofessional experience customers will experience. This business is a sham and a scam. Do not recommend for my worst enemy. You can’t even apologize. My response to the Clown: SHAME ON YOU - DO BETTER. Looks like you don’t even have a license. Even your response shows you’re a poor barber. A picture was provided to you and you did the opposite of the photo. Then wanted to collect additional money to correct your mistakes.Then claim it’s not your fault. Who are you fooling? He wanted to collect $90 (price of initial bad hair $45 and $45 the cost of another haircut to correct HIS error). This review will remain here for many to see who you are. You are one of the reason black businesses don’t grow/succeed. You acted as if we did not want to pay you, never apologized and then claimed a saint in terms of this never happened to me before. YOUR REVIEWS SHOWS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU BEFORE. You’re a horrible person for your response and a horrible barber at that. Of course I looked in the mirror to see the nuisance line you put almost at the middle of my head. This so called barber had the audacity to ask who we have been going to before because we even decided to come to your bad business. Because it’s near our house - you aren’t anything special. You’re located in a barbing school aka you don’t even have your own space & a beginners shop smh You’re so ignorant to think that well paid business owners and corporate professionals were not trying to pay you a mere $45. Money isn’t my problem - it’s obviously yours. Bad mindset! We will definitely make sure we tell others NEVER to come here and with our network - it will be easy. You didn’t execute a job properly and trying to call us out claiming we wanted a free service (why would we do that? Everyone isn’t broke like you think) - absolutely disrespectful. Why didn’t you say that to our face? Were you scared? We PAID YOU what was asked. You don’t deserve your set prices. Then you end with insults and have a blessed day - hypocritical much. Poor business! It’s only a false review supposedly since it’s not 5 stars. Liar .What a joke. Finally, you’re not a professional. Don’t lie. Also since he was so pained - he blocked us from booking ! Thanks for coming and I'm sorry you feel that your visit was unprofessional in which I DISAGREE and know that ISN'T TRUE but my goal is to make everyone's first time visit and returns a great one and unfortunately there are times with customers like yourself who are given a great haircut and experience even with a picture request shown in your case who complimented me on the entire haircut/shave afterwards and said it was great but the part request given was in the wrong place in which I followed the picture placement shown to me that you disagreed with after the entire service, yet you were looking in the mirror the whole entire time to try and get a free service afterwards in which I absolutely do not not provide for work given but being the professional that I am I then still gave you a discount payment but not a free service and because of that you are here giving a one-star false information review, That's very sad on your part..
