This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I made an appt for a 4 hour service 2 days before my wedding. I was kept in the salon for TEN hour...s. To make matters worse I did not like my install. The closure part was unnatural and wig looking and sat far too low. I tried the closure at Charlene’s suggestion. I expressed my disappointment at the time and through text the following day and I have yet to hear from Charlene. I was charged $725 for a closure and sew-in that had to be repaired by a non-professional in order for me to look decent walking down the aisle. I would caution any professional woman who needs their time to be respected to steer clear. I would also not recommend her for the care of anything close to 4c hair. My sew-in was installed on completely dry blown out hair with no added moisture and was still brittle and breaking when I removed the install 3 weeks later. I wished better for my wedding but this is the service I received. One star is too much. I have now attached receipts to clarify who is lying. I would have been ok with any offer to help in any way. So I did my research before setting a consultation. I haven’t gone to a stylist since mine got sick and closed her shop. My stylist was the only one t...o touch my head and I’ve been in Birmingham almost 10 years. Char was very inviting and sweet not knowing that she is the FIRST to touch my head in 3 years.
