I felt very welcomed there. The hairdressers are amazing. There are very caring and understanding women there and you can tell that they love their jo...bs and care for their clients. A year ago, I came in with matted hair and wanted my natural 4B hair silk pressed. Not only did Jenise untangle it, but she also gave me good tips on how to take care of it. My hair came out amazing. I went back recently for a haircut by Tyra and felt so comfortable while I was in her care. I’m so happy with my hair and love this haircut. Knowing now that this shop provides a lot of different services (like braids, sew-ins, faux locs, and others) I will definitely be going back. This is the only hair shop I will be going to from now on. Show more

The stylist the booking site chose for me set my appointment back an hour which was okay with me it was her showing up almost 30min late after that 😳... she didn’t ask if I want baby hair if I wanted it longer than back length the site does not give the option to pick length she just got started then there was a phone call and she was yelling over my head talking wreck less about whoever she had the problem with kept stoping to call and text someone she didn’t dip my hair properly it was still stiff and scratching my face and neck had to redip my hair the right way my parts look like she was rushing from being behind on her schedule I will never be back physical presentation matters too not just over the internet and flyers…. However I tipped her 30$ because I changed my color at the last minute even though I brought my own hair Show more
