Being in the body, health field for over two decades and knowing the body inside and out, I must say Christa knows her stuff!! She has developed her o...wn practice to un-winding and releasing the body. I have only found 2 other therapists over last 50+ years that are as good as her. We are all lucky to have her touch and knowledge applied to our bodies and feel back into Tru-Balance. Thanks again Christa and I will be back next time I am in town! Show more

My husband and I have had 100s of massages in all kinds of spas, incl...uding Ojai Valley, and none compare to Christa. We travel 3 1/2 hours twice a year to get this coveted massage. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage that included heat packs. It was wonderful. I could hardly move my neck when I arrived, which had created alot o...f tension in the rest of my body. Christa knew exactly what to do and it was both amazing and extremely helpful. My massage also included hot stones, which few people know how to use correctly. Christa sure did, and the deep relaxation and neck relief I felt after my massage was worth every penny. I highly recommend booking a treatment with her, and I’ll be back. Show more

She's got decades of experience doing this work, and ...her mastery shows when she skillfully works on you.
