Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately as barbers we are usually busy ALLL throughout the day so with that being said when you book a same day appointment especially only an hour prior to the appointment time chances are im probably already with a client and don’t have time to interrupt one’s service just to confirm another. When with a client it’s my due diligence to give them my undivided attention! For future reference I’d recommend booking your appointment 24hrs prior so that you give your barber enough time to confirm. Good luck on your journey!
