I love my results! I have done 2 sessions so far and I have almost zero growth or any 5 o'clock shadow. This is my 3rd time doing laser hair removal o...n my face and the last 2 places did not give me the results I see now. The machine is very effective and Ms. Ruby is very gentle and quick in the process. the first time it was uncomfortable but a very quickly over. My face was red but I had no bad reactions to it. I highly recommend Mrs. Ruby. Her staff is very friendly and accomodating. Show more

I went for Laser hair removal. 5 out of 6 times she was more than 15 mins LATE! The reason was not because she had a client before either. She had n...ot even gotten into the office yet. Once she gets in, its another 15 mins or more for her to turn the machine on and warm it up. Twice, the cartridge in the machine ran out during my session (another 5-10mins). I did not have a great experience at all. Not very professional. She was very nice but that is not enough when running a business. Show more
