This was my first massage and it was SUCH a great experience. Conversation with Karin was so easy and everything from the decor to the music to the sc...ented face pillow was relaxing and luxurious. I truly felt so pampered!! The massage felt incredible. When I left, my whole body felt lighter and I was so relaxed. I’ve had knots bothering me in my shoulder for a while now and she made quick work of them! On top of all that, it was clear to see by interacting with Karin and seeing her interactions with others, that she is an incredibly special person with a kind heart. First off, thank you for a great experience! I went in for a first-time client 60-minute massage with Juliet. It was recommended to me given my very a...ctive lifestyle, that I begin seeing a chiropractor and get a massage done at least once a month. I found this location on Google and decided to give it a go. I felt the price was fair. I felt like I walked into an oasis upon first arrival. The office appeared clean, well-lit, and welcoming. The prices and services are easily spotted behind the front desk which I appreciated. The music playing was relaxing and transporting into a realm of peace. There was nobody at the front when I arrived which I found strange but didn't mind. I took a seat in their waiting area. I was greeted by a woman a short while after who heard me come in. She asked me to fill out some initial paperwork. I had come early expecting to do so, yet, then I didn't really get the time to fill it out completely as Juliet came to greet me and I ended up just signing forms to get on with the session which felt weird. Juliet was kind, polite and welcoming. I may be wrong but she seemed slightly nervous? Regardless, she directed me to the room I'd be having my session in. The room was clean, comfortable and soothing. She asked me about any special areas I'd like her to focus on. She asked if I'd had a massage done before. She gave me privacy to undress and get comfortable. She returned shortly thereafter. The session was very enjoyable. Juliet was courteous, attentive to pressure, asking how I was doing and being gentle in the spots I had mentioned earlier. I should have spoken up but I think a little more pressure could have been used. She recommended another service that I get in another modality she felt would really open up my back which I appreciated. Overall, the massage was good. It felt nice, opened up some tender spots and well relaxed me to the point of almost falling asleep so A+. The experience was a good one but I felt there was some room for improvement. I've booked another appointment for next month so I am looking forward to returning and trying out the recommendation of Juliet. I thank you all for the service and experience. Take care! 😁 Show more
