Bad customer experience. Couldn’t even get my hair done. I got lost after putting the address on my GPS. I called several times and text her at least ...6 times back to back. No answer. Calls kept going to voicemail. Couldn’t leave a message since her voicemail is full. I drove for nearly an hour around the area before finally deciding to go home. (Mind you, I leave an hour away). After an hour since I left her multiple text messages with no response, I finally got a text back telling me that her phone had died. So strange! Big waste of my time! I’m sure she may do great hairdo by the images on the app… which is why I chose her. Unfortunately, the initial customer response was so lacking so I will need to find someone else. Show more
