Interesting. You scheduled a “haircut only” -a 30 min service, attempting to fit into the only time slot that I had available. When you got here, you wanted an extreme makeover- a 2 1/2 hr service. That wasn't something I could squeeze in. You started crying and telling us about how you have neglected your hair etc. My client who is a cancer survivor and myself, had a real talk with you . You left feeling better than when you came in. My salon has full surveillance cameras (who need to know that? You.) You were not mistreated. You’re on camera apologizing about squeezing into a time slot..... also saying you’re going home to book the correct appointment.... and that you know "in your spirit" that I’m the hairstylist for you. "My demeanor” was not the reason for your tears. I’ve sent you the footage. You apologized for crying (for reasons YOU shared with US). YOU cried in front of my client. YOU were open in front of my client. Apparently you were embarrassed by that but you didn't need to be because it happens more often than you think. However , you’re blaming me for talking in front of her when that’s not what happened. Even after sending you the 10 minute clip backing up everything that I’m saying and disputing everything that you’re saying, you still seem to be interested in your version. We can have different opinions we can’t have different facts. I'm sorry for your experience. I wish you all the best!
