      Color correction involves, taking color out of the actual colored hair to change a new color; it usually needs toning to take unwanted brassines. lightening the hair, to achieve the desired effect. If the client is dealing with ashy-turned-brassy strands, uneven regrowth hair, or want to make drastic change from dark to light hair, have colored the hair but still have color in the ends of the hair.
