Medium/Smedium Boho Braids Full Look

Absolutely terrible experience. The braiders who did my hair were completely unprofessional—talking nonstop, stopping mid-braid to watch YouTube, and ...even walking away without saying a word. I was supposed to have two braiders, but I had one for most of the day while everyone else who came after me had two. The first three hours were spent with them chatting with people walking in or on their phones. When I did have two braider the spent the entire time talking over my head in a different language I arrived at 7:15 AM and they weren’t finished until after 3pm. The shop manager/ payment collector was dismissive and rude. I had to request my 2nd braider back 3 times before one was provided. My appointment was booked over 2 weeks in advance. The braids are quality , but the service is a -10. Definitely not quick, definitely not worth the price, and definitely not somewhere I’ll ever return. Terrible experience overall. I recommend finding another braid shop in the city, there are plenty of options. Show more

I’ve been to Givens Hair studio at least 2 or 3 times already. This will make my 3rd time going. The service was good. Givens did the exact hairstyle ...that I wanted. The thing I didn’t like this time was that they come around when the braider is almost done with your hair asking for the payment. They never have done that before. I didn’t like that and in MY OPINION I feel like that is rude to ask for their money in the middle of me or anybody getting their hair braided. Show more

Took 6 hours for waist length (one hour for blending hair). One braider worked on my front and another joined when she was finished. Both braiders wer...e nice. The parting was consistent with Medium knotless- too big in the back. Also the braids could’ve had more hair added for density and fullness. Show more
