Good afternoon Janiyah your first appointment with me I was a few minutes late which I communicated with you BEFORE hand and I arrived at the salon at 10:07am and your appointment was at 10:00am. You stated I was unprofessional and I belittled you but you came back for A SECOND appointment on 1/17/25 and got serviced by me and a left a tip so I'm not sure who comes back to a stylist they feel was unprofessional and belittled them. That’s a lie and you know it, I know it and God and knows it. You also claim your service "Took all day" but that's another LIE because BOTH times you booked an appointment with me you were checked out on the boosky app 30 to 45 minutes prior to your end time which I have the time stamps to prove you were out of the salon in less than 2 hours for both of your appointments. The REAL ISSUE HERE is that you made disrespectful rude and immature statements/Text messages about how I run my business earlier today and I simply told you to find another stylist that better suites your needs and I wished you and you Home based eyelash business nothing but success and the next thing I know I’m getting a 1 star review, But nonetheless you will sooner or later learn as you mature in business you shouldn’t lie on peoples name or business's just because they Declined to accept you as a client anymore, take it with grace and move on.
