Hey guys please do not book with me if u are extremely tender headed or have an extremely irritated or sensitive scalp! If u do I will cancel ur appointment Bcause twist braids should be tight enough to hold the twist, and I am not ready to receive a bad review because u are in pain! I do not control pain! So please give me a review base on my service( u know I provide the best service that anyone can possibly do)! Do not give me a review based on pain because it does not make sense! I hope u understand that giving a bad review because u are in pain is extremely unfair!!!

Last November I came for knotless braids and I loved the service and customer service received. This time I was honestly not to pleased with the servi...ce but loved how my hair came out. I was first asked to push my appointment back 30 minutes, which I was okay with. I showed up 10 minutes early and my stylist ran late so in essence I waited 20/30 minutes before actually getting my hair done. Once my hair was finished, I was then advised that the credit card machine was down. I wish this was communicated to me prior to sitting in the chair. Hoping in the future this is communicated to the patrons prior to sitting in the chair. Show more
