It was big misunderstanding when I walked in ..they don’t greet you .. so that was an issue .. the language barrier is another.. so I explained to the... 1 lady that understood English . That I had an appointment..for mini twists with human hair . She told that the hair locked up and the lady with the key is not answering her phone .. so by the time we can to a different style and hoping someone will come with the key . It’s been almost an hour after my appointment., but Sophie and J help me decide on a style that was suitable for me so I went with it .. I probably won’t return .. customer service is #1 in my book . But I didn’t get that from this salon .. do better Flower .. it will take your business a long way .. Show more
