Keratin Color lock and smooth Bang trim/texturing/thinning

Booked for a trim and keratin treatment; this was my 2nd appt with this stylist. I'm 3 years into remission from stage 4 cancer so getting my hair don...e is a really big deal. The entire appt took less than 45 mins which is odd for keratin treatments. Figured that the stylist knows what they're doing and let it go. A regular client was sitting and waiting after me so she rushed me out, I left with hair all over my face and down my neck but thats kind of nitpicky... Next day was my birthday, didn't wash my hair because you're not supposed to wash it for 3-4 days. I woke up to a crooked, frizzy look, tried hot ironing with no luck. Reached out and was told that keratin treatments are just for styling simplicity and not to look silky smooth for weeks?? Talked with the stylist for a WEEK with the only solution offered to pay her again (albeit at a significant discount) to *maybe* get it right...now i look like a mushroom with crooked bangs. If you want to look like the pics below, well this is your spot, and who knows, maybe you can rock crooked bangs, a mushroom shape and want to pay to have your birthday thrown in the trash. As for me, I'll be crying every time I pass a mirror, at least until the bangs grow out. (One shot is immediately after the appt, see if you can spot which!) Show more
