I went into see Tim about my neck pain, which was starting affect mobility. Tim took the time before the session to start getting me to think about t...hings I could do beyond the massage table, such as drinking water and being more mindful of posture, that are critical to address underlying causes of pain in muscle and other tissue. He advised me on what I could do in my daily li...fe to reduce my body's pain and discomfort, including tips on stretching. His goal is not to keep you coming back to him and filling his pockets; he wants you to have long-term comfort. I'm sure if all you want is the massage, he'd give you that too!
