FAB stands for Fabulous! ! I have been coming to Fab for almost a year. She is patient, kind and really cares about the health of your hair. The steam... treatments and wonderful shampoo she gives are always on point! The laid back atmosphere in the shop and peaceful environment adds to the experience. I receive so many compliments regarding my hair and I love it. The service is phenomenal. I don’t feel tense, or strained as the environment is peaceful with no bothers. Her shop is always clean and neat. She always tries to have you in and out. When you book with her, be honest , tell her what you want exactly and she will oblige. FIRST TIME FAB BLOWOUT

my appointment was at 1:40pm. there were two other people in the salon when I walked in. I had no idea that i would be there at long as i was there. I... got a blowout and silk press done and i did not leave the shop until 6:35pm. Also her dog was there who bit on my shoes and urinated on the floor. I also watched her leave from working on my hair, eat food with her hands and run to shampoo bowl to work on someone else’s hair. I am not sure if she washed her hands while in the other room. although she is very nice, there was a lack of cleanliness, poor environment and a lack of respect for time. Show more

Thank you for your review. I apologize that you experienced my salon that way. As far as length of time, your hair took me twice the normal time as it was thick, and your first timer ever straightening so it was extra resistant. I took my time and did the best I could with the challenge at hand . I had to take thinner sections due to the conditions of the ends that had not been trimmed in ten years as you started. It also appeared that the hair had not combed or detangled in a very long time, so it took a lengthy amount of time to work through all of that. I also had to let the treatments stay way longer then usual due to the state of your hair. As far as eating, I’m human and I’m anemic so I have to eat at some point or I will pass out. Sorry not a robot! My job is not like others where I get a lunch break. And yes I do wash my hands prior touching anyone after eating. As far as the dog, she’s a puppy so they have accidents, kept her away from you as best as I can. Her having an accident does not mean the salon is not clean as I do have a cleaning staff.
