But when i... tried to book my appointment for my starters , the website would not let me book. I reached out to her to see if there was anything I could do. She replied to me one time and never answered my next text message. I thought she was busy which is very understandable. As it turns out she never replied to my text so I couldn’t book my appointment. I was so excited to get my hair done by her , because he does an amazing job. I had a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience during my recent appointment with a stylist. The stylist arrived late and was unfriendly to...wards us for the rest of the appointment. She used derogatory and foul language in front of my son to refer to his hair, which was deemed challenging to detangle despite our agreement to pay an additional fee, as she requested. As a result, we had to terminate the service midway, and we won't be returning for any future appointments. It's worth noting that the stylist didn't bother to ask for the reason for our departure, which suggests a lack of dedication to the job despite being paid in full. Update to your response: 1. It’s been 2 days since our appointment, not a week 2. I didn’t tip you, I paid you for your time that equaled one full service and incomplete service of another (my choice). 3. 8 years or not, your behavior was unprofessional and unwarranted. I came to a stylist that is supposed to specialize in hair. The time, attention, etc. was in your compensation and adjusted accordingly. 4. I’m not sure your definition of “mean” but speaking negatively about one’s hair in front of them to another person will never be acceptable. I should have gotten you together then but I chose to be an adult in front of my kids and avoid conflict. FYI; The professional response was to take accountability for your unprofessionalism and make sure the situation was rectified. Instead, you chose to call me and be belligerent about the less than stellar review you received. Grow up and learn how to conduct business and accept your mistakes as an opportunity to improve instead of using this platform to gaslight and deflect your poor service. Show more

This is my first bad review ever. I’m sorry that you felt that you experienced this but I was not mean towards the client, I communicated I was running a lil behind and told them thank you for waiting. 1 son got his hair done and the other did not. I was not mean to neither of the clients. The clients mother never communicated there was a problem until almost a week later. in all my 8 years of doing hair I have never treated a client mean, I always communicated with my clients. She even tipped me I'm confused on how I was mean or unprofessional to anyone. But I wish you the best of luck on your sons hair
