Mike Dickerson provided me the best retail purchase experience I’ve had in my life. I turn 65 tomorrow. I am a Sales Manager in the retail car busines...s. His help with the iron fitting, finding the right shaft, the right head, the right model. I was amazed. I felt like I was a tour pro. Got the right clubs and couldn’t wait to have in my hands. Clubs came in and I returned to A. Pick them up and B. Have Mike put new shafts in my 3 wood and Driver. Had no idea he was going to help with the lie, the fit of the already ordered irons. Wow! I have wasted 40 years on the golf course. To top this all off the time and effort he put into finding right shafts for my woods was incredible. His know, attention to detail are incredible. Best experience I have had in my life. I live 2 hours from Kansas City and I will send people to Mike. In fact I will drive them just to see Mike. Great guy that understands golf, the golf swing, and more importantly people. Show more

Nice facility, friendly staff, excellent selection of equipment to test. Mike ABSOLUTELY knows what he is doing. Very professional and creates a rela...xed atmosphere, but never rushed. Dialed in the clubs to my swing (which isn't as bad as I thought...thanx Mike) and found a combination that I will be happy with for years to come. At the end of my 90 minute session (125+ shots) I placed an order for MY custom fit Srixon ZX5 Mk II irons, 4-PW, and a pair of Cleveland wedges. My concerns are partially my own fault as I probably wasn't assertive enough and didn't clearly state my expectations. My concerns are 1) I paid for... a 1 1/2 hour session. I was back in my car is less than a hour. I felt rushed. 2) I expected to hit a lot of different club heads and shafts. Instead, the fitter seemed to quickly, based on his experience, narrow the options to only a few. Again, felt kind of rushed as I didn't always know what club head or shaft I was testing. As far as I know, I did not hit any Ping, TaylorMade, or Cobra clubs. I have a certain degree of confidence in the recommendations of the fitter as they do address my primary goal, which was to get more height on iron shots. I also have already followed his suggestion to put a 7-wood in my bag. Show more

Awesome experience working with Mike and his staff. Anyone buying clubs off the rack without being fitted is wasting their money. Show more
