Hi Fox, First, I want to acknowledge the pain & anger in your review. I take your words very seriously & I hear you. No one should ever feel invalidated or disrespected. Especially in a space that claims to be inclusive. Reading your review was hurtful & surprising because I truly felt our interactions were positive and respectful. I’ve never shown anything other than care & professionalism. It’s heartbreaking to learn that secondhand conversations have caused you to feel otherwise. The claims made about me go directly against who I am. To be clear: I absolutely believe in non-binary identities. I respect all pronouns & I ask for them during intake because creating an inclusive & safe space is important. The suggestion that I don’t “believe in pronouns” is deeply inaccurate & doesn’t reflect who I am—personally or professionally. As a member of the queer community, I absolutely do not condone any sort of hate, let alone transphobia. I have always been, & will continue to be, an ally for the trans community. Respecting identities is foundational to how I live & work. It’s clear what you’ve heard has caused you pain, & I offer my deepest apologies and wish you nothing but love & healing. With that said, I do wish we would’ve spoken directly. I would’ve welcomed the chance to talk & clarify things from a place of mutual understanding.
