Split-end Mender

I have been a customer since 2021, seeing a lot of stylists here for various services over the last 3 years. I will no longer be coming back and am lo...oking elsewhere for my hair services. Each time I have returned over the last year or so.. I leave frustrated and upset. The service has gone down terribly. The stylists all seem to have a bit of an attitude - which I don’t have the time or patience for. The last couple times the prices that I get charged are listed differently online when I schedule my appointment. This last service I scheduled a split end mender, and a very light dusting to take the split ends not a hair cut. And was told it was going to be like double what was listed online. Even challenged at the register because “it was not what was listed in their system” i attached a screen shot for the service i booked and was told she is honoring it this time- but will not be the next time- i won’t be back. The stylists seem to leave the salon quicker than i can even book a returning service. My money is better spent elsewhere and for the service i get - it’s way overpriced. The last stylist didn’t even rinse the treatment out of my hair. Show more
