Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your consultation did not meet your expectations. My service offerings and policies are clearly outlined on my booking site, including the fact that I do not offer microlocs. I always encourage clients to review this information beforehand to ensure the best experience. Even if you would have filled in the correct fields requested on the appointment, I would have had the chance to let you know that I do not offer Microlocs before you came in but you left that field blank. That said, I understand your frustration and, as I mentioned during our consultation, I am working on compiling a list of Locticians who do offer microloc services to assist you in your search. My goal is always to provide clarity and guidance, even when a service may not be the right fit. I appreciate the opportunity to connect and wish you the best in finding the perfect Loctician for your needs. Thank you for your time!
