I first went to Little Oasis Spa when it was still located at Naan’s house. I had a great experience then, and since the location moved, I have been ...a few times over the years. Naan has been able to maintain the same atmosphere of relaxation and luxury and I have always had a pleasant experience. I decided to write a review today because my last appointment was with Jessica, and let me just say, it was amazing! I grew up in Hong Kong and Little Oasis Spa has been one of the few spas I’ve been to since moving here that comes close to my experience there. I have to say, my recent experience with Jessica was at the same level if not better than those facials I remember having. She was so thorough and gentle and made me feel totally relaxed. She didn’t skimp on the products and I really felt so pampered at the end, and of course my skin looked and felt amazing. I would recommend any of the estheticians at Little Oasis Spa, but especially Jessica. Thanks Jessica! Show more

Thea was very nice so I didn't have the heart to tell her the experience wasn't very relaxing. When I get facials from Nhan, it's so relaxing I just f...loat away. In terms of the massage, I'm not sure if the Lomi Lomi technique was the issue, but it just felt like pushing & pulling on my skin and moving me from side to side. Immediately after, my back was ok. However, as the day went on and into the night, my back started to ache so bad that I wanted to cry. Currently, I'm taking ibuprofen to help, but my back hurts so badly. Again, Thea is super nice and she did ask how I was during and Immediately after, but I don't think I'll ever get another massage. Update: Nhan thank you so much for calling to check on me and providing me with a refund. I wasn't expecting it, but definitely appreciate it! Amazing customer service! Show more
