This is the 2nd time (out of 3 total visits) that I have experienced a scheduling conflict. The first time was a month ago where we had scheduled a co...uples massage for my birthday and we had to go to the back room where everyone was eating lunch to tell them we were here for our appointment. We scheduled another 90 minute couples massage a month in advance and when we arrived, we were told that the couples room was being used, so we had to do separate messages and not with the therapists we had scheduled with. Nobody bothered to contact us ahead of time. The therapist didn’t even do a full body massage with the 90 minutes! Needless to say, we will not be returning. Show more
