Gosh, I don’t even know what to say. First and foremost I am so sorry that you’re unhappy as that is never my intention. But I will say that at your first appointment you left with length and were happy. Even said “wow, that’s exactly what I asked for” then you messaged me asking to come back because you were wanting it shorter. You specifically asked me for a “stacked Karen” haircut lol. I think maybe the disconnect is the bang area. Which maybe I could’ve been more clear on and that’s my fault. You came to me with short bangs. Which gives it a different style then what your reference photos are showing. Had your bangs been as long as your hair this would be a different outcome also. I can only work with what I was given unfortunately. I can definitely refund your money but you will have to pick it up as you paid with cash & i hope you can find the right stylist for you in the future because you’re beautiful and deserve to feel like it!
