I had a HORRIBLE experience! I made my appointment through Booksy. I was sent a message letting me know she confirmed. I drove 35 min when I got there... and knocked on door I was told she wasn’t there and they didn’t know where she was. Very bad customer service to not have the decency to cancel the appointment if you knew you couldn’t make it! Show more

Nikatta did my hair a few times and all times were amazing! Very professional, and hair came out exactly how i wanted it to. Parts were clean and the ...braids lasted me a long time. This time around again she did what she needed to do i really loved my hair it came out so good. Highly recommend getting braids done by her i loveeee. Show more
