I have learned when it comes to things of the mind…one visit is never gonna fix it all. Especially if you have many many many issues as myself. Howev...er, if you can have a GOOD hypnotherapist who can work with traditional psych…things seem to go better. Trials are a little smoother and you (can) have a recorded part to fall back on when needed. I had decades of solely traditional therapy. I wish I had met Debbie Lane years ago because one particular issue is dealt with now and my family likes the change in me enough to see Debbie Lane themselves. (oh. And she has a really AWESOME sense of humor which is imperative in anyone dealing with the mind.) Show more

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I booked this appointment but my hiccups had become such a distraction to life that I was willing to try so...mething new. I'm only 1 day out from my first session and no hiccups so far but even if they return I realized how much talking and learning techniques to release stress can really help my mind find the rest it needs.
