I took my sister and she HAD very coily 4B hair. She’s 18 and had her hair pressed 5 times in her life. The appointment was the day after her 18th bir...thday. A week after the press she had scabs on her forehead. I told Sam and her response was “ it happens sometimes” Reader, I’ve lived a life in the Dominicans shop and never had scabs. Dandruff? Sure, but not literal scabs. My sister washed her hair today and her curls are giving 3b. She washed it, conditioned over night and found the damage. We did a moisture mask ON TOP of that and there is no change. Reader, I told Sam of the heat damage and was in turn blocked. She added servies to my sisters appointment, I let it slide b/c I’ve been to Sam before. I STILL tipped on top of the up charge. Reader her heat damage is toward her scalp. It’s not at the end, we can’t clip it off. This service was $138.00. Sam has colored and treated my hair several times so I thought her treating my sisters hair for her senior portrait would be a no brainer. I’ve tried to resolve this as an adult , but I’ve no choice but to resort to this. The last two pics are her hair with temporary color Clay. I gave 1 star b/c I can’t leave 0 Show more
