The concept of the service was great and the service in and of itself was great! The driver was 10 minutes late with no explanation, no phone call (t...hat I received anyway) and then I was charged more that what I authorized and was not called same day after the fact with an explanation. Telling me that charges increase in 15 minute increments isn't acceptable. Also telling me how much the increased 15 minute increments would be would be more acceptable and I didn't know when the time started. Show more

She paid attention to the details that under normal circumstances ...I would have been able to do for myself but could not do at present.
