After leaving us waiting for a hour, part of the time while she talked with a friend, despite us having an appointment she did not listen to my son an...d cut his hair how she wanted to even after he told her he needed more length taken and him telling her it was wrong. Also cut his neck with a long scratch in back and several other cuts. Did not acknowledge the cuts. We had to fix his hair when he got home. Genuinely the worse cut I’ve ever seen. Show more

I apologize that you had such a bad experience. My clippers were a bit sharp for his neck and I didn’t see it til it was too late. Your son was indecisive about his cut. I suggest that who ever you take him to next please have a picture for them. So that they can know what he wants for sure. My client before you took longer than expected, that was not intentional. Once again my apologies.
