My 15yr old son has been battling severe plantar fasciitis in both feet for close to a year. We had tried everything until our doctor suggested acupun...cture. We made an appointment with Steven which was quick and seamless. We’ve had 5-6 appointments so far. Steven is very knowledgeable, kind and listens to our concerns regarding pain to help better direct treatment. We see positive results and his pain and limitations continue to lessen! Had a first time appointment. I came in and never was asked my name or was introduced the person doing the acupuncture. He handed me paperwork and ask...ed what area I wanted to work on. He asked if I ever had acupuncture and I said no. He told me to lay face down and put a few needles in and walked out of the room for about 15mins. He never once explained anything to me. He told me I was his last appointment and was busy cleaning. I felt like I was taking up his time and he’d rather be elsewhere.
