Had a first time appointment. I came in and never was asked my name or was introduced the person doing the acupuncture. He handed me paperwork and ask...ed what area I wanted to work on. He asked if I ever had acupuncture and I said no. He told me to lay face down and put a few needles in and walked out of the room for about 15mins. He never once explained anything to me. He told me I was his last appointment and was busy cleaning. I felt like I was taking up his time and he’d rather be elsewhere. Show more

I made it clear I never had acupuncture or cupping done before... I came in with specific issues related to my arms and hands going numb when I sleep...... I have no pain just numbness which is prolly due to my horrible sleep positions. when I booked my appointment it was for acupuncture and cupping. I had a total of 10 needles in my body 5 on each side. I had no idea what to expect. never was cupping discussed... very disappointed with this service! I thought the experience was enjoyable, felt relaxed after the session. I went in to try it to deal with anxiety. I'll follow up wit a few more weekly... appts and see how it goes. Stevenadee feel comfortable. I wouldve like to give it 5 stars, but I felt the rooms, pillows, and duct work on ceiling could've been cleaner, since you're looking up you see everything. ☺️ Show more

It calms me and it after I have gone 3 or 4 times It keeps all my symp...toms at bay so I go occasionally for a quick tune up. Works like a charm and I don't have to take any medicine.
