This is our 2nd year visiting Santa (Jerry) at Jordan Photography. We’ve had wonderful photos each time! The only issue we encountered was in 2023, wh...en we weren’t able to include our dog. This was only because we had not scheduled ahead for a pet-specific date and didn’t know that was needed. This year, we planned ahead so we could include him and it all went really well. The staff were friendly and helpful, Santa was kind and comfortable to be around, and the photographer was able to quickly capture several lovely shots for us. From entering the front door to exiting, we were out in less than 15 minutes without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience! Show more

We’ve been going to get Santa pictures at Jordan Photography for 11 years now. Started when my son was 5 Days old. I scheduled our time slot before he... was born! I was so thankful for the controlled environment as a first time mom. Very clean Lobby, even though in 11 years I’ve gone, I’ve never had to wait in it more than 2 minutes and always a very clean Santa! Something a new mom was worried about with Mall Santa. Now after 4 kids, Covid, premature twins and the busy life we have as a large family, Santa Pictures at Jordan Photography is my 100% go to. I have no idea where I would go if I didn’t have them. To have that ability to schedule and sometimes even reschedule is a game changer. Did I mention you can pick your Santa? We see Santa Jerry each year, but you can’t choose wrong. Advice: If your kid is under 5, try Peekaboo Santa, well worth it for a more than perfect photo! Con: It’s been the same background each year or close to it. Show more

I can count on one hand the number of times in my life I have followed through with a complaint or bad review- I decided this one was worth sending in.... We visited on 12/23. This was the first time we have gone anywhere other than Bass Pro Shop for a Santa photo because my son who is 12 no longer believes and I think this is likely my 9 year daughter’s last year believing in Santa.. so I decided for the last year truly believing in the magic that it might be cool to tell her that we were getting an extra special Santa meeting set up. I thought the meeting would be more one on one and maybe the photos would be a bit nicer. So I booked. Online I read that this would be a 3-5 minute meeting and appointments were needed so that there was no waiting in line. The cheapest option to get a digital print of my daughter with Santa and then both kids with Santa was $75. And the time spent in the room was no different than bass pro. I ended up choosing the $45 print option only to realize that the wait to view the prints, pay for the prints and then wait to have them actually printed would take an hour. I had booked at 4:55 with a 6:00 dinner reservation with family nearby. I couldn’t wait a full hour. But others there told me they’d been waiting over 30 minutes already. While standing around my daughter saw a different Santa walk past the curtain near the photo viewing station the line for prints had overflowed into. She was concerned and said to my son and I “wait.. there is two Santa’s?!” It was comical in complete honesty but just the cherry on top that told me I could not wait for these prints in the crowded room and be late to dinner so we left. When I got a call back I asked if I could come back to pickup the prints but was told you closed at 7:00 that night and were closed on Christmas Eve So- on the final year of Santa photos I will not have the picture memory that I was willing to over pay for and instead a laugh that I tried to go to the nicer Santa experience only to receive less than nicer service and leave without the picture of our last Santa year visit after all. Perfect experience from the lady at the desk who checked us in to the people who checked us out. The lady who checked us in was so sweet and went out ...of her way to help us. The photographer was great. Santa was kind and engaging and fun with the kids. The lady who gave us the picture preview was so patient when we couldn’t decide. They have a table for littles to color on while their parents choose the pictures. Everyone was so nice, welcoming and helpful. The environment was festive, comfortable and fun. Would definitely recommend. I don’t post pictures of the kids but I’ll include one we had taken of the new puppy. They even let us include the dog and cat. We appreciate the fact they went out of their way to accommodate us. It didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks so much Jordan Photography. Show more
