This is our second session with Jordan Photography, we did Santa pictures here as well! The experience both times has been excellent. Quick and profes...sional with excellent results. The only downside is the cost of the photos, which is understandable and worth it, I just wish the discount for multiples was greater. I was also sad to find out the membership wasn’t being offered this year despite being on the website still. Overall we will be back for Santa pictures definitely and maybe other special occasions! The photography experience for the live chicks and bunnies was great! There was a place for kids to play as we waited, but on a weekday we actually we...re taken back for our pictures early. The only thing I was surprised by was that they don’t give you prints while you are there or that day, we were told 8 days mailed to our house. Other than that, the photographers did such a great job getting an incredible picture of our babies. Show more

Very disappointed in the service. Walked in 10 minutes early. Arrived to counter to check in. Guy looked at me then went back to what ever he was doin...g. Asked my name then turned around and just walked away. Then a female came up to counter. Asked my name then grabbed a clip board and walked away. I was not sure if I was to follow her so I grabbed my family and went over to the area where she went. Waited for almost thirty minutes with a toddler and then we were called back. Santa Brian and photographer were rude and then my toddler needed to go to the bathroom. Nobody offered a bathroom and rushed with photos. Which did not turn out very good. Then I had to find someone and ask if my child could use the bathroom and the staff behaved like I was speaking a foreign language. Then finally was shown where the bathroom was. Then I get in line to pay and their machine be was down and handed me a phone to put credit card number manually? I did not feel comfortable with that. They gave me other options and decided to use an app. Then I had never used this app to pay for something before and asked for help. The staff at the register counter were rude. This company needs some really serious training in customer service. I will never return. I have been bringing my kids for almost 15 years. Santa Jerry never let us down. This experience was so awful. I have never left a bad review on any company before. This is my first. I had shared with a staff member I was a little annoyed and they did not try to make it right. Did not want anything for free just would have liked the opportunity to get photos redone even if it was just one or two different shots. Show more

I am deeply sorry for the disappointment and frustration you encountered during your visit, especially after being a loyal customer for nearly 15 years. Your feedback highlights areas where we fell short, and I want to sincerely apologize for the issues you faced. The challenges you described, from the check-in confusion to the rushed photos and difficulty with our payment system, are not the experiences we strive to provide. On December 23rd, our busiest day of the season, several factors compounded the chaos, including unexpected technical difficulties with our credit card processor and being short-staffed due to the timing so close to the holidays. That said, these are explanations, not excuses, and I regret how these issues affected your visit. I’m especially sorry to hear about the behavior of our staff. Politeness and attentiveness are non-negotiable, and it’s clear we missed the mark. The inconvenience with finding a restroom and your concerns about the payment process was completely unacceptable, and I understand how frustrating this must have been with a toddler in tow. We understand how challenging it can be when little ones aren’t in the mood, and it’s never our intention to add to anyone’s stress. I also want to apologize if you felt any frustration from our team during your session. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and I’ll be addressing this with our staff to ensure every family feels supported, no matter how the session unfolds. To clarify, our sessions are scheduled for 3-5 minutes per family, as noted in the booking process and confirmation messages. On the day of your visit, we were booked solid with appointments every 5 minutes, which may have contributed to the feeling of being rushed. That said, we could have done a better job making you feel valued, and I’m sorry we fell short. We truly appreciate your loyalty over the years and hope we can provide a better experience for you and your family in the future. I always look forward to our visit with Santa nick every year! Scheduling is so easy and the staff is incredibly friendly! The photographer does a gre...at job getting my kid’s attention and fixing their outfits if needed. My daughter cried the entire time but I was able to comfort her while big brother took a couple photos by himself. The pricing is reasonable for great quality photos. No wait time, in and out! Already looking forward to next year! Show more
