Well let’s start with 2 hours before my confirmed appointment I received a text asking me if my appointment can be moved to the morning….. after it ha...s been confirmed for at least a week and second my appointment was for 5:30 pm she texted at 5:29 saying she left home late and would be 10 minutes late… she arrived at 5:53 for my 5:30 confirmed appointment she apologized and acknowledged after my services were complete overall for the most part the service/hair installation was decent I did like my hair and received compliments. Time management it’s important for me so I don’t waste others time and expect the same respect overall she was done within 2 hours or so I did come washed and blow dried already. It did state on her site 3 hour time frame so maybe that included being late for the appointment. Didn’t take the full 3 hours I didn’t want any extra curls/style just sew and go basically for me.
