I sent an email after my appointment that was not responded to. This is probably the worst service I have ever received at a salon. The nail tech alth...ough nice was not very receptive or took any ques. She applied acrylic FLAWLESSLY but then filed it all off to even take off most of the older product on my nails leaving them so thin and weak in spots that was causing pain and burning from the e file. I did not want to have them serviced more that same day as I was there for 3 hours and had prior commitments along with the pain my nails were in. I booked a refill and express pedicure. I regularly have service on my nails and bring my kids in with me every other appointment for mani pedis with mom. I have 3 children, all little ladies and I would not return here with whichever tech I had. The other women’s work that I got to see at the stations around me looked great. Very disappointed and embarrassed leaving the salon. I was a nail tech myself years ago and now I have an office job. I treat myself to services.
