Rude and disrespectful to my husband and my son. Would not recommend. My son just turned 13 and Nick made him uncomfortable because of an honest mista...ke. Most other barbers consider 13 still a “kid cut”His haircut did NOT require any more time and because of the way you spoke to my family. We will not be returning. Love Bottom Line - not this barber. Sorry to hear this, are you the lady who booked the appointment for a child's cut ages 6-12 when your son is obviously older? DONT worry I’ll take the blame for your mistake. 1st you didn’t bring him or come in the shop at all your husband did so how could I have been rude to you? 2nd you booked the wrong service for someone who doesn't fit the requirements, and I informed the husband of the mistake before I started the haircut as the correct service is more expensive and didn’t want any confusion when it came time to pay for the service. 3rd your son loved his haircut he couldn’t stop smiling and kept telling me how much he liked it. It’s sad that you made a mistake booking the wrong services and maybe didn’t like the up charge for the correct one, then go out of your way to leave me a bad review, thank god I was taught not to cry over spilled milk.
