Didi is a wonderful braiding stylist and works in a peaceful atmosphere. This was my second time getting my hair braided. I have thinning hair at th...e top of my scalp. The way she styled my hair with the braids you would never know it. She also makes the perfect salt and pepper hair mix for my extensions. She puts as much attention to the finishing work as the braiding, which is very important to me. Some braiders spend hours braiding your hair and then do poor finishing skills. I had the pleasure of experiencing my first hair braiding session with someone else in 16 years, and I must say, it was an absolute delight to sit in ...Didie's chair. From the very beginning, she exuded a warm and accommodating demeanour that instantly put me at ease. I had called ahead to inquire about the available hair colours but completely forgot to mention that I wanted an ombre effect. However, Didie went above and beyond my expectations by expertly blending two colours to create a unique ombre look just for me. What truly sets Didie apart is her gentle and considerate approach to braiding. Throughout the process, she consistently checked in with me, ensuring my comfort was a top priority. I couldn't be happier with the results, and from now on, Didie will undoubtedly be my go-to braider while I'm in the US (I'm originally from the UK). The salon itself was a breath of fresh air. It was bright, impeccably clean, and had an inviting ambience. I particularly appreciated Didie's attention to hygiene, as she diligently disinfected the chair before I used it.
