Julie is an amazing counselor. She is kind and a great listener. She also makes wonderful suggestions on ways to help you and help improve your life a...nd relationships. I have been with her for almost 2 years now and have made changes in how I cope with stress, anxiety and a lot more. I am learned no more about myself, my past and my part and present trauma that affect me, my emotions and how I react to things and how I live my life and how this affects my relationships. I also believe that doing NMT has helped me heal physically and mentally. I would highly recommend her and her services to others. I did try other therapists before her and had a hard time finding a good fit until I came to Mind Body and Soul.
