They demanded a tip , and kept changing up the prices wouldn’t recommend coming first and last time. The lady asked me if I wanted hot rocks I said “N...o I’m ok” and she still did hot rocks and charged me $10 for it and the oil, the oil I didn’t mind but didn’t want the hot rocks they know what they were doing, I came there for the float tank and they told me after my massage that they discontinued the float tank that was the main reason why I booked there because there website said they have it. Very disappointed Show more

Receptionist demanded that I tip $15 or more based on a massage that was paid for on Groupon. She really argued with me over giving her a bigger tip t...han what I already tipped.The massage was a gift to me. Secondly, I had interruptions during my 1 hr massage because not only was the receptionist a receptionist but she was my masseuse at the same time. Massage was not a full hr. Tips go to people who go above and beyond the basic expectations. She did not do anything that was special nor extra to make me want to tip and my massage was almost $100. I’ve definitely experienced better. Thirdly, I’ve seen better spas! Don’t go there! Spend your money elsewhere. Show more
