Absolutely ridiculous. Appt set for Friday and I was told the groomer had an emergency with their pet. Totally fine, we reschedule for saturday. No ca...ll, no show. Wasted 2 days on this including unnecessarily medicating my dog to make sure she wasnt anxious. Extremely unprofessional. One star is too many. Show more

Hi thank you for your feedback. We sent out notices asking about rescheduling due to the brakes failing while driving yesterday. The bus is still in the repair shop. I’m sorry we didn’t get to you yesterday due to no fault of our own.
