Hard Gel French manicure

I came in today to get my nails done, i arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen a half hr after my appointment. The lady did my pedicure... (which she rushed because she had others) after she finished Phillis was suppose to my nails and declined doing them, i asked why and she never answered. I believe it was because i wasn’t satisfied with what i was getting , i made 50 minute drive to this black owned business to leave very angry and disappointed. Also i used the app which charged me 57 my pedicure was 35 and she only returned 7 dollars to me. My nail polish is lifting and u didn’t go back to get get it fixed because at that point i was uncomfortable. I won’t going back and Phillis it’s need to try to explain now when u couldn’t give me a answer for turning a customer away without explanation. Show more
