AMAZING!!!! as usuall i got amazing service. really i apperciate her hospitality and the way how she treate customers.

TERRIBLE!!! When I booked the appointment I specifically asked if she knew how to color dreads and she said yes. She called to confirm the appointment... and I asked her again and she assured me she knew how to color hair. I was skeptical but optimistic as she does locks. When I arrived at the location I again asked her if she knew what she was doing l. Boy I should have went with my gut because she absolutely had no idea what she was doing. My son wanted dark blue tips but she didn’t lighten his hair enough to take the color. No idea of color theory at all. And when I explained to her that she needed to bleach his hair lighter she had the audacity to tell me that was an extra charge since it’s two processes now. I explained to her no mam your lack of color understanding is not my fault and I’m not going to pay. The picture below is my son and the color she tried to put blue over. I will never be back. If you need color stay away. I now have to pay someone else after paying her to do his hair. What a waste. Show more
