This was my first booking. I booked a haircut for my son but didnā€™t have a chance to get the service. My appointment was for 10:00 AM and he arrived 4...5 mins late. I understand things happen I just wish I had an update or something. Then when he walked in he didnā€™t acknowledge us or say anything and started cutting another customerā€™s hair. Even with the tardiness I would have waited but the lack of empathy for us as customers made me walk out. I just wanted to get my sonā€™s hair cut before Christmas. Show more
