So I was definitely expecting a wayyyy better service, because of all the 5 star reviews on Booksy and on Google, and the ridiculously high prices of ...their services, I’m not sure what happened with my service….but it was not good. I’ll explain in detail, plus I’ll add pics. First: the prices are absurd. I got a Gel X full set and just a color change on my toes-not a full pedicure. It was $170 after tipping…..like $25 to soak off gel nails, $30 for just a color change on toes, and $15 to get 5 small jewels out on a total of 2 nails (one per hand). Second: it took 3 hours!! Literally I have never spent that much time at a nail salon in my life, and I didn’t even get a pedicure, and my nails were fairly simple. Not to mention I was the ONLY client in the salon, so it’s not like they were busy. Third: they are very skimpy on how much product they use. My gel x nails were really thin, and on my hands and toes, they only wanted to use 2 thin coats of white polish, and I had to ask twice for more. Also, even though they were charging me per nail design, they wanted me to count the amount of small jewels before giving me a price (I literally only wanted 5). Fourth: they didn’t even finish my manicure, no filing after the polish, no cuticle clipping, no cuticle oil, no lotion or hand massage. They didn’t look finished, even though I asked for those things. Also, I had to go over every nail and had to fix them all because they were so uneven. Fifth: they make you pay a $25 deposit and it doesn’t tell you that on their websites, they don’t offer you anything to drink, they are not friendly at all, and nobody could give me a straight answer on any prices or descriptions on anything. nobody knew what they were doing. Not sure if the reviews are fake, or I just got a horrible service. I don’t mind paying a lot for nails, if they are going to be well done. Anyhow, so disappointed. I know the nails probably won’t last more than 7-8 days max. Show more
