The service was terrible. The MUA was 22 mins late to the appointment and in return I was late to a commercial shoot for the City of Detroit. To make ...matters worse the MUA charged me for a non advertised price of $70 for Soft Glam when on her Instagram page and on Booksy its advertised as $60. She did not give me a discount for the huge inconvenience she caused. She claims she went up on the price to $70, gave me a $10 discount to bring it to the advertised price of $60. All of that so she wouldnt have to compensate me. Incredibly insulting and unprofessional. I'll never go back. Show more
