I explained that I texted the number that was on my booking link when I woke up to provide confirmation because of my mom being sick. The number we was communicating through once you was at the shop was not the number on my booking link…. My mom passed the very next day, New Years Day and if anyone has an issue with how I run my business then find someone else to do it.
