I’m sorry love. It’s not usually like that. I thought I would have been done with my other clients hair by the time you came in. Sometimes color goes sideways and we just have to try to make it through. I am more than happy to return your money, but I also gave you a haircut I normally charge $70 for. I did this because I knew it was a mad house and you wouldn’t be getting my undivided attention. I don’t double book for this reason. I care a lot about my clients. You are more than welcome to make an appointment for a real haircut, with a wash and style, and I can double check your haircut and style it for you. Wish you would have just texted me, I work hard for my people. 🩷
